The quality standard achieved is from a minimum of ISO 9000 to TS16949. Full PPAP documentation can be provided and as a matter of course full inspection is carried out for batch products. Modern tooling and presses are utilised alongside the latest in CNC punching and laser and water jet cutting machines.
Production quantities can vary from small batches (100's off) to large batches of 100,000 +. All material will be supplied with material certificates from reputable mills to ensure integrity of material supplied, any inspection procedure can be implemented for the required products.
